Yes, we regularly provide these services to our clients and, when necessary, we cooperate with partner law firms abroad. We have established long-standing and successful relationships with many of them.
We usually agree on our fees with clients on the basis of hourly rates for the actual work performed. The fee is always determined individually for each client, taking into account in particular the scope of cooperation (i.e., the expected number of hours of legal services), the duration of the engagement, or whether a monthly retainer has been arranged under which services are provided up to a certain extent at preferential rates. Our fee arrangements are always designed to ensure that the cooperation is both advantageous and fair for both parties.
