Tereza is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She joined the legal team of Plavec & Partners in autumn 2012 as a trainee lawyer and has been working with the firm as a permanently cooperating attorney-at-law since 2016.
At Plavec & Partners, Tereza specializes in labour law, contractual relationships and legal services related to real estate transfers. As part of providing outsourced legal department services for selected clients, she delivers comprehensive legal support connected with the day-to-day operation of their business activities.
Tereza heads the firm’s regional office in Šumperk and has long been closely connected with the region beyond her legal practice. Since 2020, she has served as Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Šumperk House of Culture.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, particularly through sports activities. She draws energy and perspective mainly from the mountains – from regular trips to the Jeseníky Mountains to more demanding treks in the Tatras and the Alps.
