Anna is an attorney with experience across various areas of law, particularly in civil and commercial obligations law and insolvency law. She passed the Bar exam in spring 2026 and has been with Plavec & Partners law firm since spring 2025.
In her practice to date, she has been involved in representing major clients in extensive insolvency proceedings and litigation, including the preparation of reorganisation plans and the handling of complex commercial law matters.
As an attorney, she specialises in providing legal support for development projects and in renewable energy law, focusing on comprehensive legal advice related to the preparation and implementation of projects, contractual matters, and regulatory aspects.
Anna graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and was already actively involved in legal practice during her studies. She also has experience in criminal law, waste management law, and energy law. In her work with clients, she emphasises an active, responsible, and practically oriented approach, as well as the continuous deepening of her professional expertise.
