Ondřej graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň in 2025. He gained his first professional experience while still a student at a small law firm in Plzeň.

He works as a trainee lawyer at Plavec & Partners. His practice focuses primarily on commercial and corporate law, including the preparation of commercial transactions and the resolution of related disputes. Ondřej also actively focuses on criminal law, which was the subject of his thesis, and participates in cases related to the criminal liability of legal entities and individuals.
