Ema Brunclíková is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. Upon completion of her studies, she joined the law firm Plavec & Partners, which, through its long-standing family tradition and emphasis on providing high-quality legal services, represents values she shares and respects.

In her practice, she focuses primarily on corporate law, real estate law, insolvency law, and criminal law. As part of her practice, she also works with international clients (predominantly English speaking clients), where she applies her extensive experience from an international environment gained through work with high-profile brands such as Volkswagen Group, Microsoft, and Chanel.

In her private life, she has long been dedicated to dance, particularly Argentine tango, Brazilian samba, zouk, and bachata. These dance styles represent for her not only a leisure activity, but also a space for developing discipline, focus, and attention to detail.
