The client is part of a holding structure of companies operating in the engineering sector.
Client’s Request:
The holding aims to standardize all contractual documentation in relation to business partners across its subsidiaries operating in various European markets, while ensuring compliance with the legal requirements of each individual country.
Our Solution:
We proposed a thorough review of the existing template contractual documentation and suggested modifications to ensure compliance with the Czech legal framework.
Result:
The client was provided with a revised set of contractual documents, including both essential and recommended modifications, along with multiple options for each proposed adjustment. Following consultation and the client’s selection of preferred versions, a new set of standard documentation tailored to the Czech legal environment was prepared. In addition, a comparison table highlighting the main differences from the original documentation used by the parent company was delivered to the client.
