Situation:
The client is a medium-sized company operating in the engineering sector, employing approximately 50 employees under standard employment contracts, as well as additional individuals under agreements to perform work (DPP).
Client’s Request:
Over time, the client’s employment-related template documentation became inconsistent, and the client lost track of which versions were current and which should be used in specific situations.
Our Solution:
Our proposed solution was to conduct a thorough review of the existing employment-related template documentation in cooperation with the client’s HR department, to supplement the documentation where necessary, and to create a structured system of templates with a clear description of their intended use.
Result:
Based on discussions with the HR department, the client was provided with revised employment-related documentation covering standard employment situations. The documentation included a clear description of the purpose of each template, possible content variations, and an explanation of the rules for their proper use.
